May I present to you a gorgeous Bride, a handsome Groom & an amazing location Overnewton Castle

 

Meet Manda, a fellow photographer and now a dear close friend.

A girl after my own heart, a little bit quirky, add a splash of retro / vintage tastes & we have more than a bit in common

She is 21weeks pregnant with her first babe & I’m honored and excited to be photographing this little one’s baby story

This is part one…

 

 

Once upon a time, 4 years ago our first niece was born…

Her party this year it was all about princesses, fairies, balloons, face painting & of course fairy bread

(with couple of superheros & race car drivers to balance it out)

I think she’s a bit cute, but of course I’m slightly bias

 

 

On Sunday I met a gorgeous family, it was Miss M’s christening day.

 Perfect sunshine combined with her sweet smile & beautiful white gown.. and obviously big bro thought she was pretty special too.. 

 

 

 

 

 

When Anica contacted me not that long ago requesting some headshots, of course I was more than happy to help!

But I loved it even more when she was eager to treat it more like a natural portrait session instead of tradtiional type headshots.

So we met at my favourite location, at my favourite time of day, & the light was just divine!

So full of love & laughter is this family, you can’t help but smile with them  :)

Meet Bec & Cam, married with 2 furbabies and with a little munchkin on the way.

 

 

Nothing is cuter than a sweet, chubby full of love little 8month old.

Who’s just learnt to clap, when she laughs & smiles you just want to melt and laugh with her.

 

Miss L was only 7 days old when I first photographed her

and she still knows how to work the camera, switching from all smiles to the all serious poses within a nano second.

Heres a look at what i captured, so hard to narrow down this gorgeousness!

 

 

If you follow us on Facebook you will have seen a few updates, we’re excited to now be booking weddings!

While Janet has photographed weddings for 5 years, this will be a new adventure for Hyggelig Photography

 (… more info to come, but I’ll save that for another post)

 

Meanwhile we’ve also had another project brewing… while in a sense its about the same subject “Love / Elsker” but concentrating on the everyday…

Capturing that invisible link between you and your loved one, your laughter, your kisses… all those little moments that bring you back to who you are and whom you adore.

In an environment thats close to both your hearts, and represents everything about you as a couple.
