May I present to you a gorgeous Bride, a handsome Groom & an amazing location Overnewton Castle

A couple of months ago we announced Hyggelig were now booking weddings,
so we thought it was about time we come back and share a few images from “weddings past” watch this space, because there will be more…
Meanwhile if you know someone who is looking for a wedding photographer send them our way, we are only taking on a limited number per year.
Packages start from $2500.00, but email us for more information & organise a time to meet, we prefer to chat in person and over coffee :)

Meet Melissah & James, Gemma & I photographed their wedding on the 11th of November 2011,
on the sand at Semaphore beach in Adelaide followed by a fun filled reception at the Palais hotel
A beautiful day fitting for such a gorgeous family! Not only did they get married
but they managed to surprise everyone by holding a special naming ceremony for their sweet little girl.

If you follow us on Facebook you will have seen a few updates, we’re excited to now be booking weddings!
While Janet has photographed weddings for 5 years, this will be a new adventure for Hyggelig Photography
(… more info to come, but I’ll save that for another post)

Meanwhile we’ve also had another project brewing… while in a sense its about the same subject “Love / Elsker” but concentrating on the everyday…
Capturing that invisible link between you and your loved one, your laughter, your kisses… all those little moments that bring you back to who you are and whom you adore.
In an environment thats close to both your hearts, and represents everything about you as a couple.

without further adieu, meet Danielle & Matt..

Whilst my other half of Storytellers Photography was travelling Europe, the gorgeous Mandy from Relic Imagery
hired me to join her photographing a wedding in Yarrawonga this June.
So I thought I'd share it here with my Hyggelig friends aswell :) Here are some of my favourite images from the day...

As you know I photograph’s weddings as Le Photography, in conj with great friend and business partner Gemma. This past weekend, Gemma was photographing another wedding in Sydney, so I enlisted a friend and fellow photographer Bec to assist… The main preview is on Le Photography’s blog so check it out there, but wanted to share a couple of portraits here too :)

Merry Christmas

Posted on December 25, 2009

We wanted to share the awesome highlights of our year and remember to thank all the wonderful people who contributed so much to our wedding “Palmerpalooza” and honeymoon world tour while wishing everyone a Merry & Happy Christmas.

We celebrate Christmas Eve as a Danish tradition, so we’re still full from last night! We dined on awesome Roast Pork, Caramlised potatoes, red cabbage, Duck… and for dessert the tradional Risalamande – a rice and almond pudding, served with hot cherry sauce. Michael and I both won the almond prize! Great husband and wife teamwork! Presents were handed out and shared… great times…

Enjoy your day, stay tuned for some exciting ideas next week! Janet
