So we’re one day shy of 4 years since this ridiculously awesome wedding of Stef and Brett.
If there is ever an example of making your wedding day about yourselves, and rolling with what makes you happy this is it.
These 2 live and breathe bikes & triathlons… Brett is a Chef by trade and has completed 22 ironman races, Stef is chief over at witsup.com (woman in triathlon ??) so what else would you do but have a mini triathlon on the morning of your wedding! We weren’t there bright and early to capture that fun of part one, but one of our bestest mutual buddies Bec from Becbrindleyphotography.com was.
Team Hyggelig headed to Sorrento once our Bride and Groom had dried off and headed their separate ways to prep for part two of the day.
The ceremony was held on a cliff on the back beach of Sorrento, and the reception in a private residence with marquee and Taco Truck ?❤️
So many elements of the day came together to make it the perfect celebration for these guys to say I DO… You’ll notice theres some sweet moments, but mostly it was all about FUN! Even now four years later, I’m smiling going over the images to share with you all. Groomsmen getting ready on the cliffface after setting up the ceremony and drink stations, yes drink stations, just like a triathlon. There were races between the bridal party on the beach, dance off’s between kisses, an entrance like no other into the reception, a surprise flash mob dance and a pinata. Its not every day you finish up photography coverage of a bride sliding on her knees across the dance floor.
Yes it was this awesome
