An epic post for an amazing day | Melbourne wedding photographer | Hyggelig Photography

Ivanhoe Town hall wedding Hyggelig Photography

The best part of blogging a wedding is revisiting the awesomeness that was that day.
Emily & Ben’s day was just that.

Emily and her dress…. one word stunning!

It may have rained (a lot) but the wedding rain fairies timed it perfectly for after
the ceremony at the Fitzroy Gardens. So then we got to take cover, relax and take portraits in one of
my favourite Abbotsford cafes Three Bags Full.

The Centre Ivanhoe is an amazing example of Art Deco architecture.
That stage in the main hall, just couldn’t get enough.

Emily & Ben’s choice of entertainment was a local band called Heatwave.
One of the best bands I’ve ever seen play at a wedding.
The guests just couldn’t get off the dance floor!
We got to capture some serious dance moves

All these combined, what a day!
Congratulations on your 1st anniversary Emily & Ben

And a massive thankyou to Mandy & Danielle who rocked this epic 12+ hour day with me.
